How do you verify vehicle condition and authentic mileage?
Every new and pre-owned vehicle undergoes a rigorous multi-point technical inspection covering battery health, powertrain, chassis, and bodywork. We provide full third-party inspection reports, high-resolution photos, and video walkarounds before shipment, guaranteeing genuine mileage and accident-free condition.
What shipping methods and delivery destinations do you support?
We offer container shipping and dedicated Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessel transport from major Chinese loading ports (such as Qingdao, Shanghai, and Tianjin). We support vehicle deliveries to Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.), the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
What payment terms do you accept for vehicle export orders?
We accept international T/T (bank wire transfer) in USD. Orders proceed under a formal commercial sales contract, typically with a deposit for vehicle procurement and export preparation, and final balance settled per contract terms against the Bill of Lading (B/L).
What export documents are provided for overseas customs clearance?
We prepare complete export documentation to ensure seamless clearance at your destination port, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and export deregistration certificates. We also support EAC certification for Eurasian markets.
